Not investment advice

Renko.Bot provides software tools and general information. Nothing on renko.bot, in our products or applications, in documentation or support, or in any communication from us is investment, financial, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, digital asset, derivative, or other instrument, or to use any strategy, setting, broker, exchange, or service.

We are not your adviser

Renko.Bot is not acting as your investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, exchange, fund, portfolio manager, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Buying or using our software does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, discretionary-management, or client relationship. We do not assess whether any trade, strategy, or product is suitable for you.

Do your own research

You must do your own research and make your own independent decisions. Verify market data, assumptions, rules, fees, legal restrictions, tax consequences, broker or exchange terms, and the operation of the software before risking capital. Consult appropriately licensed financial, tax, legal, and other professional advisers who understand your circumstances. Do not rely on our content or software as a substitute for that work.

You control every decision

You decide whether to install, configure, start, stop, or continue using the software; which account, market, instrument, settings, and amount of capital to use; and whether to accept any resulting order. Automated execution does not transfer those decisions or their consequences to us. You are solely responsible for monitoring your systems, accounts, positions, and losses.

Substantial risk of loss

Trading is speculative and can result in rapid and substantial loss. You may lose some or all of the money committed to trading. Short, margined, leveraged, and derivatives positions can lose more than the amount initially deposited or assigned to a strategy. Volatility, gaps, liquidation, financing and funding charges, slippage, fees, low liquidity, trading halts, and counterparty failure can materially increase losses. Trade only risk capital you can afford to lose.

No promise of results

We do not promise or guarantee profits, returns, income, loss limits, order fills, uptime, or any other outcome. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Backtests, simulations, charts, examples, screenshots, and hypothetical or illustrative results have inherent limitations, may be incomplete or overfit, and do not represent what you will achieve in live trading.

SEC / CFTC / NFA disclosures

The references below identify U.S. regulatory standards relevant to securities, commodity interests, digital-asset derivatives, and performance advertising. Which laws apply depends on the product, communication, entity, customer, and jurisdiction. These references do not state or imply that Renko.Bot is registered with, endorsed by, or under the supervision of the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA, or any other regulator. No regulator has approved, reviewed, or endorsed our software, strategy, website, backtests, or communications.

SEC — securities and performance communications

Nothing we publish is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy a security. The antifraud provisions of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 prohibit materially false or misleading statements. SEC Investment Advisers Act Rule 206(4)-1 also imposes specific requirements on performance advertising by investment advisers when the rule applies. A disclaimer cannot make an otherwise false, incomplete, cherry-picked, or misleading performance presentation lawful.

PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT NECESSARILY INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY IS MADE THAT ANY USER OR ACCOUNT WILL ACHIEVE PROFITS, AVOID LOSSES, OR OBTAIN RESULTS SIMILAR TO ANY RESULTS SHOWN.

CFTC Rule 4.41 — hypothetical performance

The following summarizes the cautionary statement prescribed by CFTC Regulation 4.41 for simulated or hypothetical commodity-interest performance when the rule applies:

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. The results shown do not mean that any account is likely to realize comparable profits or losses.

When Regulation 4.41 applies, its exact prescribed legend must be displayed prominently and in immediate proximity to the hypothetical results. This general page does not replace that result-specific legend.

NFA Rule 2-29 — promotional material

NFA Compliance Rule 2-29 imposes additional requirements on NFA members and associates that use hypothetical performance in promotional material, including the NFA's prescribed hypothetical-results legend, disclosure of material assumptions, and prominent placement next to the results. Referencing that rule here does not represent that Renko.Bot is an NFA member.

Futures, leverage, and digital-asset derivatives

Futures, options, perpetual contracts, and other margined or leveraged products are speculative and high risk. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Adverse price movement can trigger margin calls or forced liquidation, and you may lose more than your initial deposit. Digital assets and related platforms may be highly volatile, thinly traded, operationally fragile, unavailable or unlawful in some jurisdictions, and may provide fewer customer protections than regulated securities or futures markets. Review the CFTC's virtual-currency trading advisory.

No deposit insurance or market-loss protection

A software license from Renko.Bot is not a bank deposit, brokerage account, commodity account, security, or insured financial product. It is not protected by the FDIC, SIPC, NFA, or any comparable compensation scheme. Any protection associated with your independently selected broker or exchange depends on that provider, account, instrument, and applicable law, and does not protect you against market losses.

Software and operational risk

Automated systems can fail. Software defects, incorrect configuration, stale or inaccurate data, server downtime, network interruption, credential failure, broker or exchange outages, rejected or delayed orders, and unexpected market behavior can cause missed trades, duplicate trades, or unmanaged positions. Stops, alerts, limits, and circuit breakers are best-effort controls, not guarantees. A system that cannot observe the market may be unable to manage an open position.

Third-party information

Market data, broker and exchange information, regulatory summaries, links, and other third-party material may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or change without notice. We do not warrant third-party information and are not responsible for decisions or losses based on it.
